Just wonder, I am using Deck and it works fine but is envy slow when loading the cards, but after first load it is ok. Have I missed some indexing?

Perhaps, you can go to the admin page, it shows if indices are missing.

Deck speeds up when you disable the function to show deckcards in your calendar. Side effect is that you can not use this function anymore!
