Sharing bug folder?

Is this a bug ??

Steps to replicate it:
As user 1

  1. Create folder “Alpha”
  2. Create sub folder A1, B1
  3. Share folder Alpha with User2
  4. Alpha, A1 and B1 are now shared with user2
  5. add sub folder C1 to Alpha
  6. C1 is not share with user2

Is this normal behavior ?? Because this seem illogic, as root folder alpha is share
