Hi everyone, we would like to use a dedicated account (for example agenda@domain.com), to host a company-wide shared calendar. The calendar would be shared only with a limited group of authorized users, who should be able to manage events collaboratively.
Observed behavior
When an event has no attendees, authorized users can modify most event details.
However, when an event includes attendees, full editing capabilities seem to be restricted to the event organizer. Other users with access to the shared calendar can usually modify only limited fields, as already discussed here .
Expected behavior
Authorized users should be able to fully edit any event in the shared calendar, even when attendees are present. This should include modifying:
-
date and time
-
location
-
attendees
Question
Is there a configuration, permission model, app, or recommended approach in Nextcloud that allows multiple users to have full editing rights on shared calendar events, including events with attendees?
