Share by mail with expiration date?

Hello,

are there plans to include in Share by mail app an expiration date function ? I only use Share by mail to prevent other ways of filesharing than per mail. I love the automatic random Passwort in a second email without userinteracton link by link sharing - ist much easier.

just switched from owncloud9 and wonder why the share dialog disappeared?

on OC you could just create a link, set you expiration etc and then click on “NOTIFY BY MAIL” so OC would send a nice template-prepared email to the reciever. INDLUDING the information when the file expires.

ON NC15 you can either

  • share a file by mail instantly or
  • create a share but then you cannot change it
    so why this downgrade?
