I know i can setup Nextcloud on my www.website.com that is hosted by bluehost as cloud.website.com
my questions is could I have that subdomain be forward to my Nextcloud server at home?
If this is possible, could someone point me to the right direction.

in theory it is possible, but it depends on the technical circumstances.
Do you have a static IP-address at home? - Then it would be very easy by setting the a/aaaa records.
If not you need dynDNS for dynamic-IP. - Check if your DNS-Provider supports dynDNS, some do, most do not.
