So I have Next Cloud installed on my Ubuntu Server 16.10 and I used SnapD instead of the standard method due to how new I am. I’m having the worst time getting it set up for external access. I love using the mobile app but I need help getting it setup so I can use it on mobile data while I’m out and about.
You’ll need to forward ports on your router to the server running Nextcloud, most port forwarding guides online should help you with step by steps on this.
