Hi , I want to set up a Debian server for collabora, etc., anyone want to take up the task?
Hello,
Please specify your request: the number of users who will be using the service, is it sensitive data or images or MP3 files of no interest? Is it for professional or personal use? Once the service is in place, who will maintain the system? And the first rule: who will you entrust your data to?
These are many parameters to consider in order to respond to your request. You can also use professional hosting providers without worrying about maintaining your IT system.

+1 on @Cisco30 message You need to give a lot more details about use, situation, apps you want to use in it, number of users and volume of data stored in it. geographical area of users might be also interesting to select a hosting at best !

Bear in mind that installation is often easier than maintenance. You should therefore perhaps look for an IT company that provides support. If you want to operate Nextcloud on-prem in the company, an IT company makes sense. If you want to operate the Nextcloud on the Internet anyway, you may want to look for a Managed Nextcloud, which saves costs.
Just run the ISPConfig autoinstaller on a fresh Debian installation - it will install everything in one go what is needed for Nextcloud.
