Setting permissions to Nextcloud Docker data folder

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): 15.0.2
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Synology DS218+ DSM6.2.1
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25):
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.2.14

The issue you are facing:

I use a Docker Image of Nextcloud on my Snology DS218+. I wanted to update it from 14 to 15.0.2.
Therefore i deleted the container and installed the new one. After i did this i went on my Nextcloud and i was offered a Update, which i applied.
After that i only got a white screen when i logged into the Nextcloud. In the log i found a php error which stated, that the IProvidesPersonalSettings where not found under nextcloud/apps/twofactor_backupcodes/lib/Provider/BackupCodes/Provider.
I never used twofactor authentification. So i thought it might be a php error
First off i installed php7.2 next to php7 on my synology because i thought that might help.
Nothing changed.
Last thing i tried was changing the permissions on the data folder. Now i just get a 403 forbidden website.
I couldn’t find the permissions and ownerships i need to set for a data folder of a nextcloud docker instance. So I used these permissions here: Strong Permissions
Could you please tell me what kind of permissions i need to set to gain access again to my nextcloud?
Thanks in advance!
