TLDR: need the timezone on the cards app to ignore browser settings. Either by forcing the server to one set timezone or through some local setting.

I am hosting a nextcloud server on a laptop that is not allowed to touch the internet, the laptop just broadcasts a wifi signal for file syncing. This seems to break a bunch of stuff on nextcloud but not the cards app or the notes app which is all I really use it for at this point.
The problem is that my primary work computer runs tails, which sets the timezone to UTC by default. I dont want to change this setting in tails, so it needs to be set within the nextcloud system settings somehow.
In the support forum I see a bunch of old discussions about time zones and the calendar app, but I dont care about the calendar app (which is broken anyways, i assume cuz no internet) I just want the due dates I set in the cards app to actually be a useful productivity tool.
Any tips or advice would be useful.
