Set default expiration date for specific user

Hey,

I have set default expiration date for all users for 30 days, is there any way to disable it for specific user ?

Same question here.
I like to keep the default expiry duration, but some user/group shall be allowed to override it. As the admin, I like to link to some files permanently.
Is this possible?
