Server overwrites changes on local files with older version

I’m edition text files with Sublime Text (Text editor) on macOS Sequoia, syncing with NC desktop client 3.15.0 and Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.5) and since a couple of days I experience a strange behaviour: If I make changes to a local file and save it, it is set back to the previous version by NC. Or NC creates a conflict error like in the screenshot.

I’m editing these files only locally, there is no other client syncing these files, but still the server claims to have a newer version than my local one, which actually is impossible. I also checked the system clocks on both the server and the client, they are synchronous.

This behavior is very problematic because I am constantly losing data. Does anybody know the reason for it? I’m using the same configuration for years and never had such problems.

Can you check with the desktop client window, if you change a file locally on your deskop and save it. Does the client detect that there is a changed file and sync it to the server (and it should show up on the recent activity list)?

Then you should be able to open the same modified file on the server.
