Send notification about shared files manually

Hi guys,
I am new to nextcloud and now facing a notification issue.

I shared a folder to a group and I want to be sure, that everyone gets a notification about the upload of new data (u can turn off the automatical notification so that doenst work for me).
Is it possible to send the notification email manually?
For the one who shared it would be the “note to recipient” button, but is there a possibility for the other groupmembers?

I went through the settings and the only way is probably to use the default settings. But the users can always change it to their preference.

For this purpose, such options would be useful in the groupfolder app (just as a remark, I don’t think that it is implemented yet):
