Security & setup warnings - MariaDB Version

I am new to nexcloud. I just startet with a fresh setup and looking to pass all escurity checks. Can you help me out with these?

Linking guides / other threads I also highly appreciated!

Specifically looking for the MariaDB Version check. Is it possible to update or would you recommend a fresh install?

And then you use debian bullseye (11) which is oldstable? I’d rather use the current stable 12, and then you get mariadb 10.11.6…
