Search one simple package with nextCloud AND (!) included server

As far as I read nextCloud must be installed on an already existing full server (stand-alone software or even full OS server).

I would like to install and use nextCloud for simple inhouse testing purposes with smallest traffic requirements and super small space (< 50MB). Therefore having to setup at first a full server (on Win7/Win10 Pro-only) is overkill.
So what I need and search is a package which includes a necessaray simple server and nextCloud. After double click both should be installed automatically with default setup.

Is there such a WinOS package available?

Perhaps you can use NextcloudPi (it is not only for Pi).
But i think it is bigger than 50 MB. You can use it for VM and Docker.
