Hallo,
mir ist soeben aufgefallen, dass Nextcloud nur 2TB erkennt, real die Festplatte aber 4TB hat. Woran könnte dies liegen und wie kann ich es beheben?

Nun Deine Frage betreffend: Immerhin wird erkannt, dass Du immer noch 3,6 TB freien Speicher hast (schau mal im Bild unten links)
Weil Du hier so rein gar nichts über Deine Nextcloudinstanz erzählst, kann man Dir auch so recht nicht helfen.
Tipp 1: Nächstes Mal mehr erzählen (wozu gibt es denn zB ein Template hier, das dich nach Infos fragt
Tipp 2: Suche doch mal ein bisschen im Forum rum. Da gibts verschiedene Einträge zum Thema (vermeintlich) Falsche Größenanzeige

Leider habe ich weniger als 2 TB an Daten und somit auch keine entsprechend große Festplatte 
Ich habe aber folgendes gefunden:
“Big drives (bigger than 2 TB) needs to be partitioned with GPT.”

Ist das vielleicht dein Problem?
Ich glaube zu denken das es mit ext4 schon funktionieren könnte 
Allerdings weiß ich nicht wie ich dies jetzt am besten realisiere, einfach die Platte neue formatieren und Nextlcoud erkennt diese wieder?
Aufgrund von “myCloudDrive” gehe ich davon aus, dass du nicht Nextcloud direkt, sondern NextcloudPi ( https://ownyourbits.com/nextcloudpi/ ) verwendest. Ich denke dort gibt es irgendwelche Menüs die Festplatte neu zu formatieren. Leider weiß ich nicht, ob du auch die Partition ändern kannst. Ob GPT relevant ist, weiß ich zudem auch nicht. Eigentlich müsstest du NextcloudPi die ganze Platte vor die Füße schmeißen und NextcloudPi macht hoffentlich alles selbst richtig. Such in NextcloudPi-Foren oder frag hier erneut direkt bzgl. NextcloudPi falls für dich relevant.
Ext4 ist doch eine Partitionsart GPT aber eine Partitionstabelle oder?

Was ist GPT?
Ich dachte eher an das Dateiformat der Platte 
ja, irgentwie sowas 
auf jeden fall ist GPT das übergeordnete von Ext4, also GPT verwaltet die partitionen, wie zum beispiel eine Ext4 partition.
Also ich habe jetzt nocheinmal geschaut. Mein Pi erkennt die vollen 4TB, die MyCloud interpretiert aber nur 2TB. 
Ich würde einfach versuchen, es auf ext4 zu formatieren und erneut nachschauen oder?
Am besten dann mit parted:
