Scroll bar invisible in poll

[Nextcloud Version = 23.0.3
Browser = Firefox 106.0.1
OS = Windows 10]

Sometimes the horizontal scroll bar disappears in a poll. If the poll is wider than the window, some people do not see that there are other options to choose from on the right and they do not select them.

Observed Behaviour:
The scroll bar disappears when you change the vertical window size. It appears when you (accidentally) move the mouse over the bottom of the poll.

Is this a desired behaviour? I don’t find it useful.
Is it possible to change it with server settings?

Sorry, I tried, but I can’t reproduce this error. Maybe a video of the bavior gives more information for me.

And no: This would be not by intention.
