Sabre\DAV\Exception: Could not rename part file to final file with FTP

Hi,
I use a external storage with ftp and the connectivity work.

Bug description

Nextcloud 24.0.5.1 on raspberry pi 4 as a new NextcloudPi version 1.50.2-installation
Use External Storage with FTP
All files will be stay at .part-format

Steps to reproduce

  1. Check connectivity to FTP-storage

  2. Use Android-App for upload files to FTP-Share

  3. All files photos of the mobilephone) save as .part-file
