Are you sure it’s running on a 64-bit OS? Your screenshot says it’s running on an ARMv7 CPU, but according to ARM architecture family - Wikipedia 64-bit was first introduced with the ARMv8 architecture…

@bb77 - thanks for that inight. Indeed I was on 64-bit kernel in 32-bit userland. I’ve now done a fresh install from the Pi repository and I no longer get the 32-bit warning.
