Root directory unvailable, if samba storage is offline


i updated to NC14 (every version) and cannot see any of my files, if my external samba storage is offline. The only message i get, is “This directory is unavailable, please check the logs or contact the administrator”.

I already opened an issue, see, but nobody seems to care about this.

The External storage is shared to me by another user and is inside a subdirectory, not my root nextcloud directoy. Anyway i don’t even see list of my root nextcloud files at the webpage nor is any of my clients able to sync files.

All other functionality, like calendar or contacts, are not affected by this.

Does anybody got this issue, too? Is there a solution?
