Reuse of a Sharelink ID

I created a Nextcloud share and Used It on different Information Platforms to tell People where to finde a doument.
I accidentally removed the Share Link. How could I manually set a Link ID on a file?
eg. https://SERVER/s/{ID}

If needed I would also manually edit inside MySQL
