Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Create a public tag
2. Assign a tag to a file in a group folder/group folder
3. wait until the expiration e.g. 1 day
Expected behaviour
The file in the group folder should be deleted
Actual behaviour
The file is still there and not deleted
The deletion of files in private folder is operational!
