The contacts that are created may only be edited by the administrator and not by users. Users should not be able to edit contacts in nextcloud. This is possible?
I think it won’t be possible to use the contacts app without allowing users to use their own address books. As an administrator you can create a default address book for all users and share it to them in read-only mode, but users will still be able to create their own ones in parallel.
Create an addressbook with the admin account and share with read-only rights.
