Restrict sharing “Allow users to share via link” -> for specific group

I want to disable:
“Allow users to share via link”
but only for a selected group of users. is this possible anyhow?

I’m running snap version and I don’t need multi-tenancy or want to install a second setup and federate.

thx, but I think the PR should be the solution:

as I only want to restrict to share public links.
internally they still need to be able to share links.
