Restore right-click "Share with Nextcloud"

Hi, I have a user that when he right-click in his Windows Explorer (within Nextcloud folder), he doesn’t have “Share with Nextcloud” menu.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled his Windows program, this didn’t help.

Does anybody have any thoughts on how to get it back?

it turned out the “nextCloud” shortcut wasn’t working Windows Explorer…I ended up severing the sync folder and re-establish…it’s all good now…
