Reset updater? stuck in NC 12.0.6

Hi, ever since NC12.0.6, I’ve been trying to upgrade to NC13. This is what I see when I use “updater”

Does anybody know how I can reset the updater processor and force it to start from the beginning?

never mind, i manually updated to NC 13.0.1 and it was successful, then updated to NC 13.0.2 via web updater.
