Do I see correctly that it is not possible to rename a read-only share? Is there a reason for this?
With an rw share, you can rename the shared folder and different names are kept for the owner and the sharee. Now, since renaming the share name itself does not change anything for the owner, I would expect that this would still be possible for readonly folders.
Actually, IMHO it is quite an important feature.
Example: I want to share a folder with photos from an event with a group. Because some members are notorious for secretly deleting pictures that they don’t like, I don’t want to give rw access. However, of course everyone should still have the possibility to file that folder as they want (like YYYY-MM-DD… vs YYYYMMDD… and such).
Am I missing something?
