I recommend using the support template to provide a complete overview of the issue. Currently, you’ve only mentioned the client-side details, but for effective diagnostics, we would need information about the server configuration, server version, and other relevant aspects.
but this is a client side issue only. Other clients using the same ser ver don´t have this problem. Help me see why this is server and not a client issue.
