Rate Limit Exceeded Message In Passwords App

We setup our NC server a few weeks ago. We have followed the optimization guides and all is running pretty well. The only issue I am having is with the Passwords App. After I make a few changes with a given entry, I will get a “Rate Limit Exceeded” message in the upper right. Dug through the forums and don’t see much about this topic. Anyone got a ideas of where to look?

There are some api endpoints that have a rate limit. For example the autocomplete of the sharing tab. Maybe it’s that.
