Raspbian Login Issue: "This account is currently not available"

I’m trying to log into Raspbian after booting up my NextCloudPi installation, using the “ncp” account. When I do so, it displays a photo of the Nextcloud logo, and then says, “This account is currently not available” and it asks me to log in again. I’m trying to log into the device directly, not with SSH. Any ideas what the issue is?
