Hello all –
I’m having an issue with the email functionality of Nextcloud (11.0.2). When I was using OwnCloud whenever a user shared or sent a link to an internal or external users the recipient would receive an email that said “John Doe via WorkCloud <ncmailuser@workcloud.com>” But when I share a file through NextCloud the recipients just receive an email from the email account of Nextcloud such as “ncmailuser@workcloud.com”. Obviously the OwnCloud version is much nicer due to the recipients seeing who sent the email vs opening the email and just seeing “Hey There John shared a file with you”. Is this a bug or intended to work this way?
Also, when an expiration date is added to a share it doesn’t show up for the recipients in the email.
