Pull down menu with 'External storage' options to choose from is missing?

Hi all,

External storage support is enabled in the apps section, but upon trying to set it up in ‘personal settings’, I see I only have two text boxes in which I can enter a login and a password. But there is no pull down menu from which I can choose what external storage provider I want to use.
Tried a different browser, but that didn’t help any…

Anyone any tips/tricks/ideas?

Hi,

Did you allow users to mount external storage? You can set this up under Admin -> External Storages. Once that is configured, then you will have the drop down under your Personal settings.
