Problems with writting log with nextcloudPI

I just switch my nextcloud in the last versions of raspbian, nextcloudPI and nextcloud

The update was OK, but I notice a problem in the log system
In the admin/logging sytem of nextcloud, I have every second 2 entries which seem linked:
the fisrt is at the level “warning”. It is:
[no app in context] Warning: Temporary directory {"/media/USBdrive/ncdata/tmp":""} is not present or writable

from 192.168.0.13 by ncp at 2019-08-16T08:40:25+00:100:

The second is at the level “error”. It is:

The adress 192.168.0.13 is the adress of my browser machine.

So I look at the rights of the /media/USBdrive/ncdata/tmp directory. First I noticed that only the group www-data can write, so I add the right for the user www-data also. But after a reboot, the 2 problem are always present.
At the moment the rights are:
drwxrwxr-x 1 www-data www-data 0 mars 2 11:27 tmp

Is someone would have an idea to correct this problem, because the log file become biger permanently and the ressources of the CPU are used permanently also.

NCP v1.15.3 latest supported Nextcloud version is 16.0.3.0

How come you are already on 16.0.4.1 ?

Did you update using NC’s updater? NCP users are advised to use nc-autoupdate-nc

I 'm going to modify the php.ini and give ou a return after.

I upgrade nextcloud en 16.0.3.0 when I upgrade NCP in V 1.15.3.
After this upgrade I upgrade nextcloud in 16.0.4.1 directly with nextcloud

NCP 1.15.3 is th last image . Why do you say I used an old image ?

I’ve looked at the /etc/php/7.3/fpm/php.ini for the entry upload_tmp_dir
In the file there are:

; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not
; specified).
; http://php.net/upload-tmp-dir
;upload_tmp_dir =

So I understand that the /media/USBdrive/ncdata/tmp is the sytem default. So how to correct my initial problem of logs ?

Effectively, I initialy install my RPI en 2018, and after I put the different update available. So I’m up to date at the moment with the last version of RASPBIAN, RPI and nextcloud.

Try to un-comment and change that line into

upload_tmp_dir = /media/USBdrive/ncdata/tmp

and reload php7.3-fpm.service

In NCP we also set sys_temp_dir in php.ini and tempdirectory in config.php

I modified the php.ini as you told to me, but it doesn’t change anything ?
