Problems to delete a User or a Group

Hello I need help with nextcloud because I can create users and groups but can´t delete them.

you do not have these 3 dots to remove a user ?

I had a similar problem. Check the browser zoom, I had to decrease it to see the three points.

Thank you for your help Vincent_Stans. We have these dots. I can delete groups and users, but if I reload the page they are still there.

Thank you for your help Sadrarin. I can see this dots. My problem is that it doesn´t save the changes.
For example I delete a user and when I reload the page it still have the deleted user.
