Problem with opening .ods, .odt, etc. files

Hi!

So we have a little problem when we are trying to create a new table or text document (.ods .odt etc). We are able to create the file, but we can’t open them.
Do you have any suggestion about this?

are you sure you have a collaborative software installed to your instance (CODE or Only Office community server, e.g.) and that it’s working correctly?

My problem has solved.
Yes, CODE is installed, but my problem was that I have to refresh the page after I create a new document.
After that I can open and edit my files.
