Problem with calendar Sync macOS/iOS

Dear All,

I am trying to set up my iOS device with CalDav and CardDav.

Using this guide, I have been trying to set up CalDAV or CardDav, however I keep getting this message on my iPhone: “The accounts can’t upgrade because of missing information. Can’t connect to the account.”

After that I have been trying to setup with this guide on my Mac and I got this message:

“Can’t check on the account name or password”

However I used the same account name and password on both surfaces.

Any suggestions, how can I solve this problem?

Have you been able to solve it?

To me it looks like a protocol error, not sure if it’s a “bug” in the calendar app of Apple or the Calendar plugin of NextCloud.
