Problem when upload a file

Hello everyone,

First of all sorry for my bad english.

So i have a problem with the new version of nextcloud (14.0.3) :

  • user accounts created on nextcloud
  • External storage (local) on my server
  • user “didier” have full access on storage “didier”, user “julie” have full access on storage “julie” etc…

When a user drag and drop or upload a file in their respective folder, it doesn’t work (no error message and no upload bar).
But the admin account (created on nextcloud) can do this thing.
This problem have occured after the migration nc13 to nc14.

I found in the apache2/access.log when the admin upload a file there is a “MKCOL” then a “PUT”.
But when a user do that, there is a “MKCOL” then a “DELETE”.

if someone can help me ?
Thanks !

PS : i can give more info if you want.

Ok i have an update.
I found that the user quota interfer with the upload quota :

  • before my user had a quota of 0 Bytes. With that they can use external storage normally (upload, delete etc…) and cannot upload file in their personal folder (rules of my company). And all was working.

  • Now with the new version of nextcloud, the user quota interfer with the upload quota. Normal ?
If the user quota is 0 Bytes, i can just upload file > 10Mo (external storage or personal folder).
