I’m currently testing a method to upload albums from a iPad to the Nextcloud.
I think the Problem is, that Apple doesn’t handle albums like folders and so the Auto-Upload function in the App is no option… just for backing up ALL fotos.
my solution is, i use the nextcloud - files integration.
so i can open a album in the photos-app, select all and choose the “save to files” button.
Here I can choose a folder in the Nextcloud, where I want the photos to be.
The problem I have with this solution is, that the upload only works, if i keep the “files”-app open and stare at my iPad while uploading 1000s of pictures… very annoying.
Is there a better way for syncing apple albums to nextcloud folders?
Maybe @ios could have a solution?
