I went from version 16 to version 20. After this update, the Group folders created with my admin account are no longer accessible to customers (they have been deleted from their machines). How do I get them to have access again? the files are still available on the server.
is the “group folder” app still enabled and updated?
I don’t see this option anymore (groupefolder)
it could have been deinstalled. can you re-install it?
(i saw this behavior. in my case everything was fine after re-install.)
