The issue you are facing:

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Logging by the site Nextcloud + touch Enter
  2. Doesn’t work : ID and password disappeared and I am still on the logging page
  3. I can’t anymore access to my files on Nextcloud.

How to fix it ?

Was it working before? Or did it never work? If it worked before, what have you done since (e.g. upgrade/restart)?

I’d take a look in my logfiles, could be that the database server is down or your disk is full:
