"Problem loading page, reloading in 5 seconds"

Hi,

I try to install nexcloud 10, but Iā€™ve got this message ā€œProblem loading page, reloading in 5 secondsā€, and the page reload every 5 seconds.

I tried with owncloud, and Iā€™ve got the same problem.
I try to install nexcloud with the 2 methods : archive file on my server and web installer, and itā€™s the same problem.

Could someone help me please ?

Try applying https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/984/files manually

The mentioned patch is in the current version 10.0.1, do you use this version?

Iā€™m getting the same error on 10.0.1
If I disable the share function app, the error is gone.

Then open a new bug report on Issues Ā· nextcloud/server Ā· GitHub and give more details about your environment and how to reproduce this error.

I have the the same problem and Remove reading PATH_INFO from server variable by LukasReschke Ā· Pull Request #984 Ā· nextcloud/server Ā· GitHub doesnā€™t solve it
I have tested to disable ā€œcollabraā€ and ā€œguestsā€ with no effect.

The reload appears, when I try to sort the filelist by a column
It also is in userlist since I have more then x users added ā€¦

Any suggestons?

Itā€™s a little bit late to help Lisalisa, but if somebody else discovers this problem:
I just had a similar error and got it solved by changing the background picture of the logon screen (please donā€™t ask why! :slight_smile: )!
