Problem accessing the deleted files tab

when accessing the deleted files tab, the message appears - This directory is not available, please check the logs or contact the administrator.
I already tried to do the manual cleaning, I changed the automatic deletion time.
I can’t find the location of the logs to verify.

Deleted files are usually store in the following folder: [Nextcloud data directory}/<user>/files_trashbin
