Private to public folders and files

Hi all,
I’m a new user for nextcloud
I want to know if there is a way to copy automatically the content of an intern folder to a folder so my accountant can use those files without access to my files.
Thank you

I want to do so so I can increase the security of my private folders and files

Basically, you should first assume that Nextcloud works correctly and that there are no security vulnerabilities that are useful to normal users like your issue. If you are questioning this, you should not use Nextcloud at all or use a second instance only for your issue.

I do not think it is useful to use another directory. You can better allow the share read only and if necessary assign a password. Maybe the app Guests is also something for you. Then the access is only possible with a user ID (email address) / password and makes it difficult to pass on the access data to third parties. Many users like to share (public) passwords, but not passwords associated with their email addresses.
