Unfortunately you ignored the suppor template and didn’t provide any valuable information about your environment, network, software versions, configuration, etc., etc. so that your question cannot be answered.
Please provide all required information and describe IN DETAIL how you are saving the file so that Nextcloud should be able to find it.
How (where exactly) do you save it?
If I print to PDF into my local sync-folder, if becomes syncronized with the server and is available and visible in Nextcloud as well as locally then.
Hello, I have now also created a PDF _Sync folder locally. Then synchronised with NC. That works
What doesn’t work for me is to send a PDF directly from Thunderbird to a folder in NC. I can select NC and a folder and the file has also been written.
But no PDF logo is displayed on the file. Opening is not possible.
This would save me sorting again.
My system:
NC 29.0.5 ( HUB 8 )
PHP 8.2
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Too less information, that is the reason, why the support template is displayed to be filled in the first posting.
What operating system do you use as client system?
How is your computer connected to Nextcloud (Desktop-client and ???)?
