Photo previews are very small. Could they be in full size please?

Sorry guys. This is unacceptable and very complicated. It says I have to run some commands on the server and do some crazy configuration for long running jobs. Is there any simpler solution? Like just simply change something in global settings? For normal users?
Can I just simply view my photos in full size? I don’t understand the problem. My mind is blowing up
