I have the same problem with 19.0 / php 7.2.31
Shared folder with photos.Loading preview of single photo forever.

Same problem over here!
I have a docker installation, everything works okay but photos in a shared folder do not load.
Tried different browsers; Firefox, Chrome, Safari. Screenshot in below.

Same problem on my installation. Nextcloud 19.0.0. When clicking on image from public link image start to load but never does.

There are errors from chrome console:

Opening viewer for file /Miesiąc 01/Zdjęcia/DSC04120.jpg
xhr.js:178 PROPFIND https://XXXXXXX.pl/public.php/webdav/Miesiąc%2001/Zdjęcia/DSC04120.jpg 401 (Unauthorized)

Error: Request failed with status code 401
at e.exports (createError.js:16)
at e.exports (settle.js:17)
at XMLHttpRequest.p.onreadystatechange (xhr.js:61)

How we can help to fix this?

I found workaround for problem of ā€œPhotos not loading on public linksā€ in
this topic

Just mark ā€œAllow users on this server to send shares to other serversā€ in settings

Thanks for providing this information. It does work now again.

Still its a workaround but there is an open github issue so I think it is on the radar of the devs.
So waiting for new version will fix it.
