Hi all,
I have Nextcloud set up with a cron job to generate thumbnails. I also use collabora code integration for document editing.
Since setting this up, something that’s irked me is that thumbnails are generated for what seems like all files now. I really would love to find a way for them to be just the generic “PDF” or “Spreadsheet” icons so I can tell what type of file they are from the icon.
It’s very confusing to tell files apart.
Does anyone have experience with this who could help a friendly nextcloud neighbor out with a solution to prevent the generation of thumbnails for anything other than images and videos?
