Port 80 und 443 closed

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe heute versucht Nextcloud auf meinem RaspberryPi zu installieren. Bis zum Port Forwarding bin ich gekommen. Hab das Forwarding auf meiner Fritzbox eingerichtet und meine noip Daten hinterlegt. Wenn ich den Port Test auf der No-IP Seite mache wird bei beiden Ports aber gesagt das beide Ports zu sind.
Hab jetzt ncp-report laufen lassen und da steht auch das diese geschlossen sind. Wie bekomme ich die auf?

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Hallo,

ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem, außerdem gab es hier: https://www.computerbase.de/forum/threads/nextcloudpi-und-portfreigabe.1859739/ eine ähnliche Beschreibung.
Mir fehlt das technische Hintergrundwissen um beurteilen zu können, ob es sich um die gleichen Probleme (und Lösungsmöglichkeiten) handelt oder nicht, aber bei mir hat folgendes geholfen:

  1. Ich habe zuerst bei meinem Provider (vodafone kabel deutschland) angerufen und freundlich nachgefragt, ob ich wohl dyndns nutzen könnte. Da wurde festgestellt, dass ich keine öffentliche IPv4-Adresse habe. Die wurde mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit kostenlos freigeschaltet.

  2. Als mir trotz des Portforwardings in meiner Fritzbox (7170) immer noch auf der Übersicht-Seite des NCP angezeigt wurde, die Ports seien geschlossen, habe ich nach vielen Foren-Suchen und Rumprobieren nochmal bei v.k.d. angerufen und die Mitarbeiterin hat festgestellt, dass ich (fälschlicherweise) die Fritzbox hinter einem Kabelmodem nutze, über das ich eigentlich ins Netz gehe (die Fritzbox war über LAN1-Schnittstelle angesteckt). Ich weiß nicht (mehr), warum ich das irgendwann mal gemacht hab (oder mir gemacht wurde), als ich den Anschluss vor ner halben Ewigkeit bekommen habe, aber das Abklemmen der Fritzbox (Internetzugang nur noch über das Modem - ein cbn CH6640E) war tatsächlich die Lösung! Auf der Übersicht-Seite des ncp wurden mir die Ports sofort als “open” angezeigt, letsencrypt hat sofort funktioniert (das ging vorher nicht und so stieß ich auf das Problem mit den Ports) und auch sonst läuft nun alles einwandfrei - Zugriff von unterwegs aus ohne Weiteres möglich. Die Konfiguration des Modems ist nicht so komfortabel wie über die Fritzbox (zum Beispiel kann man keine statischen IP-Adressen vergeben, das lässt sich ja aber auch bei ncp einstellen), aber es läuft nun endlich alles wie gewünscht!
