Please Help- Stuck on start update

We are updating and I can’t click the start update. it is stuck.
I’m using chrome, but if i goto the site in edge i get a new error

Any ideas whats going on?

Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Lightspeed
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.2

So it suddenly worked and update… now i get
