There is no official release date for NC 12 yet, however you can see a first feature list on github:

Currently we are still away of the release, if you fancy a feature it might be interesting to see the progress on perhaps you want to help testing.

Excited for inline images, so I can finally stop showing 3rd party image hosters where I post online and how many times the post is read and by who. <3
