I want to upgrade my nextcloud from PHP5.6 to PHP7.
Do you know any compatibility issues with the addons (especially Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks)?
Is there any recommended procedure?

Many of us are running PHP7 with no issues here.
Im running PHP7 with no issues too.
PHP 7.0.X works also fine for me. With PHP 7.1 people reported already issues here, but I did not try myself.
I run all of these apps just fine on 7.1
